Improvements include a 40’x 65’ metal pole shop built in 1992 with an attached 22’x 65’ 3-sided equipment shed, and a 40’x 120’ metal calving barn that hosts 14 jugs, a warming room / bunk room plumbed with hot water, horse stalls, indoor riding area, and large storage loft. The corrals consist of ten separate pens and a loading chute. All the outbuildings and corrals have outdoor lighting.

There is also a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, single story residence that was built in 1932 and remodeled in 2003, a cozy guest cabin built in 2005 and a one bedroom apartment, remodeled in 2008.

There are three water wells on the ranch; one is for domestic use, the second is for both stock and domestic use and the third is located at the barn and supplies stock water to the corrals. In addition to the creek and river, livestock is watered through a 10,000-gallon reserve tank that gravity feeds ten stock tanks strategically located throughout the property. These improvements and operations are well suited and more than adequate for a small herd operation or horse ranch.
