The ranch's diverse terrain consists of wide valleys, deep draws, scrub brush flats, rugged rock ridges & wandering creek beds. Elevation ranges from 2,300'-2,700' throughout the ranch, including a scenic 300' cliff on the east side of the ranch overlooking Sanderson Creek which traverses through the ranch for 3.5+/- miles. Wildlife
