This property is Rolling timbered hills. It is the headwaters to 8 mile creek which is a year round creek that supports spawning steelhead. Owner states around 2 MBF of timber pine, fir, and some tamarack. Many bulls and bucks have been taken on the property. It is bordered by some very good BLM ground (1 1/2 miles) that is hard to get to for other hunters. It would make a great recreation/investment property. It is also within close distance to the middle fork and north fork of the John Day river which offers great fishing for Steelhead, Trout, and Bass.
