Under PL 95-250, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized to purchase lands or interest in lands to protect downstream resources. The United Nations has designated Redwood National Park as a World Heritage Site and one of only 226 International Biosphere Sites worldwide. These present lands have been harvested. The seller states current cruises contain approximately five million board feet of primarily Douglas-fir and some Redwoods. These lands can be an investment now with the BLM and NPS wanting to purchase them, but do not have available funds. Contact Ray 707-834-3305 for more info.
