Size & Location: The ranch is located in the Golden Triangle of South Texas in Webb County. It is about 8 miles from the Columbia International Bridge and accessed by Las Tiendas county road.

Santa Isabel creek passes through the ranch and offers and excellent potential for large lake development. The creek is lined with dense vegetation and is a haven for wildlife. This ranch is located in a very sought after area which has produced some of the largest whitetail in the country. With the rolling topography of the ranch, there are some outstanding building sites available with incredible long-range views of the south Texas brush country. Along the creek drainages you can find some larger trees for shade and added scenic beauty. The soil type has some diversity from gravelly slopes to some areas of clay and then some sandy loam type soil.
