This productive farm is currently being used for rice, cotton, corn, wheat and soybean production. It has a high percentage of Class I and II soils. There is a plentiful supply of water from irrigation wells and relift pumps with approximately one mile of underground pipe. There are three relift pumps used along the Bogue Philia River.
Approximately 2112 acres are irrigated with 960 acres precision leveled with an additional 505 acres line leveled. Two center pivots irrigate an additional 360 acres.
