This tract is mostly mature mixed hardwoods and is in the southeast part of Winn Parish within 1 mile of Kisatchie National Forest and Dugdemona River. The hardwoods are primarily mature oak and hickory and will offer abundant mast crops for deer and other wildlife.

Anderson Creek meanders through the property to offer a good water source for wildlife. This tract has a couple different deer stands that will stay as well as a network of trails that connects one end of the tract to the other.

Although deeded access has not been granted across timber company property, the old road going to these 20 acres is in good enough shape to drive a truck right up to the western boundary line. All four corners are well marked, and the lines have been painted and maintained.
