Tract Description: The Union Co. 20 Tract is described as the S1/2 of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 of Section 36, Township 18 South, Range 16 West in Union County, Arkansas, containing 20 acres, more or less. The tract is located 4.9 miles south of Parkers Chapel, Arkansas off of Hinson Road. The tract has +/- 9 acres of natural pine and hardwoods, +/-10 acres of pine plantation that is ready for first thinning, and +/- 1 acre that is non-timbered. The north and west lines are not marked, the east line has pink flagging and the south line has old white paint.

The topography is gently rolling with some flat topography along drainages. The soils consist predominately of Guyton silt loam, Harleston fine sandy loam and Sacul-Sawyer complex. These soils offer good site index for Loblolly Pine with an average of 88 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey.
