(Actually closer to New Waverly by taking FM 1375 N to stop sign at dead end, turn left and travel 0.6 miles - then turn left again and travel 1.5 miles to property on right)

TOPOGRAPHY: Pretty rolling hills, mostly open pasture land in bahia grass. Many pretty oaks and cedars scattered across property. Hill top homesite is live oak shaded.
