Nobody will find you here! Actually the property is only nine miles from Laurel (Walmart!) and better yet, just 23 miles from Billings - BUT half of those nine miles are gravel road and one mile is a good old fashioned dirt road - unmarked. The neighbor told me the road is called Indian Gulch.

The covenants are short and sweet. You may build one home and a guest house along with barns and garages. The neighbor to the south has a good well and a lush garden. The elevation is about 5,000ft and you get about 18-20" of rain here!
