Terms: Real Estate: Non-refundable 10% down day of sale and balance with deed on or before 30 days. Property taxes paid by seller for 2017. Commercial Timber: Non-refundable 10% down day of sale with signing of standard timber contract (Complying with KY Best Management Practices) and balance on or before 30 days. Timber to be cut down to a 12 inch cut measured 12 inches from the ground at stump, allowing 9 months for removal. A seven percent buyers premium will be added to the final bid on both the real estate and timber.
