Location: Central Cottle County north of Paducah, Texas

Terrain: The Rafter K contains approximately 136 acres of native pasture and 64 acres of CRP. The CRP generates revenue of $2219 per year. There are two large stock tanks, one in the northeast area and one in the center of the property. The terrain is varied from rolling mesquite hills to hackberry filled draws.

Improvements: The 720 sq. ft. cabin and covered porch was built in September 2005. There are both rural water and rural electric service to the cabin and to the corrals. There is also a protected “fire box” area on the south side of the cabin for enjoying evenings around a campfire.

Wildlife: Mule deer, whitetail deer, hogs, dove, ducks, turkey and quail frequent the Rafter K. The property also borders the Triangle Ranch, a 144,000-acre ranch on the east. There is direct access...
