Great hunting ranch, this place has it all...although it does not have electricity, it has a good water-well. The well produces plenty of water. Owner uses a power supply to keep water in tanks. There is a dry creek that runs along oneside of the property and there are some spots that collect water. Great habitat for White-tail, wild hogs, turkey, quail, dove and other varmants.
