There is a sand trail running along the west side of Section 29, and a gravel road along the north end. The 40 acres located in Section 32 has no roads adjoining it with the exception of the sand trail that just touches the NW corner of tract. There are 3 center pivot irrigation systems irrigating this property. They are powered by electricity, which originates at the well site w/Lima Mack 20kw generator. Generator runs off of a 6 cylinder Isuzu power unit. One irrigation well irrigates the entire tract w/underground pipe running the irrigation well to all 3 of the pivot systems. The well irrigates approx. 182 acres w/an 8” column from a pumping depth of 30’. The well was drilled to 225’ and the registration # is G-068872.
The 3 irrigation systems operate in a windshield wiper arc and are set up as follows: (1) An 8 tower Reinke irrigation system located along the west line of the property in Sec 29; (2) A second irrigation system is a 10 tower Valley, which is located along the east line of the property in Sec 29; and (3) third center pivot is located along west line towards the south end of the property in Sec 29, which consists of a seven tower Valley irrigation system. At the location of the irrigation well, a right angle Randolph gear drive with an 11:10 ratio operates the well. A 1,000 gallon fuel tank along with a fertilizer tank are set up at the well location.
