I was very impressed with this property as soon as I drove up to it. The entire farm is surrounded by large tracts of overgrown CRP and agriculture. The entrance is gated with electricity running back to a camp site, this property is set up great for hunting. The wetland / pond is roughly 20 acres in size, full of nesting wood ducks, and large enough to launch a boat to fish. The owner said they have caught 7 lb bass out of the pond. The farm has a great layout full of pinch points and funnels created by the river and wetland areas. I saw 2 mature whitetails and several does while walking the property, the deer sign is unbelievable. Trails worn down to bare dirt. The area has a high concentration of turkey as well as quail.
