Access:
Tract A: County Road 17 (also called Pitcher Hill Road) runs through middle of tract with internal road into south part of tract as shown in picture below. Tract D&E: Turn off County Road 17 onto easement road across adjoining 40 acres; road runs beside two large deer food plots on west half of 160 (land sale includes perpetual road easement).

Revenue. stamps, owners title insurance and closing. administration to be. divided equally, closing administered by RFC; closing costs added by buyer are paid by buyer. No other terms exist outside this document unless dually executed by both parties. All submitted bids (verbal or written) are legally binding to all terms stated in this bid prospectus and any deviating party is responsible for reimbursing legal costs related to ensuring compliance.
