The terrain of this unique ranch varies from steep 80' rock bluffs and rolling cedar covered hills to a sandy river bottom and dense wooded southern pasture, full of mature hackberry trees, bushy mesquite shrubs, and scattered cottonwoods. The Pease runs directly underneath the largest of these bluffs, along the middle of the north border. The hills and open pasture land are perfect for rifle hunting out of tower blinds, while the tall hardwoods allow for tree stands and excellent bowhunting.

The north pasture of the RRR is accessed by a deeded easement from Highway 6; the south pasture can only be reached by crossing the river from the north pasture.
