Location:

Only ten miles NE of Shawnee, 40 miles east of OKC located just 1.5 miles north of I-40 at the Earlsboro Exit. Duck Flats Farm is bordered on the south by the North Canadian River.

Water:

The property comes with a 40 ft deep irrigation well capable of producing 250 gpm if equipped with a propane or diesel pump. Currently, it is equipped with a small solar powered pump. In addition, water can be pumped from the river and the diversion points can be modified to trap water from the river during flood events. Multiple engineered wetlands skirt the southern edge of the woods. Drainages and low spots lead back into the wooded area from the wetlands, allowing the timber to flood for hunting purposes.
