Tower Road tract to be sold by lump sum sealed bid on THURSDAY, March 6, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. Tract is located twenty miles west of Arkadelphia. Access is good via gravel roads maintained by industry. The Tower Road tract borders the Antoine River for nearly one mile. Approximately 190 acres were planted with loblolly pine in 2003. A large SMZ was left along the river and on a few steep slopes. Terrain is rolling; site index 75 feet (base age 50).
