Location: The County Line West (Listing #4451) and County Line East (Listing #4436) tracts are located approximately thirteen (13) miles south of Hope and three (3) miles west of Highway 29, and are further described below.
County Line West Tract (#4451): Part of N of S of SW and Part of NW of SW, lying West of road, Section 35, Township 14 South, Range 25 West, containing 19.7 acres, more or less. 2009-2010 pine plantation on about 14 acres, and SMZ. Pines average 6 - 8 feet tall. Site index for loblolly pine averages 80 feet (base age 50) on sandy loam soils. Access is frontage on Hempstead County 151 Road which borders the tract on the east. Pines average 6 - 8 feet tall. Site index for loblolly pine averages 80 feet (base age 50 years) on sandy loam soils. Access is frontage on Hempstead County 151 Road which borders the tract on the west. Based on the inventory conducted on about 4 acres by KFS in July, 2014, timber volumes are estimated at 142 tons of hardwood sawtimber and 47 tons of hardwood pulpwood.
