This 216 acre listing is divided into three separate tracts: 76 acres, 60 acres and 80 acres and the three can be purchased separately. The 76 acres has frontage on Hwy 577 and Pecan Grove Rd. and consists of merchantable pine and hardwoods. Pine is growing on small areas of higher elevations, hardwood on the lower sites. With heavy rains some of the lower areas will hold water. Tract has good deer hunting for the big West Carroll Parish bucks. Small game hunting is available also. Most of the above pertains also to the 80 acre tracts except there is better quality hardwoods, including Red Oak and hickory scattered on the tracts. Pine timber on this tract is also on the slightly higher elevations and somewhat larger. Access to this tract is an old logging road which would have to be cleaned up. The 60 acre tract has legal access right off Pecan Grove Rd. This tract has good hunting...
