contiguous parcel of land lying in an area between

Rawlins, Wyoming and the North Platte River. The ranch

consists of approximately 90,097± acres of which

22,650± acres are deeded with 67,447± acres of BLM,

private lease and State lands. An established cow calf

operation is complimented by good antelope and deer
