Hard to find small farm!!!

This 22 acres m/l is on the north side of the Village of Rathbun and just down the road and around the corner from Rathbun Lake (11,000 Acres m/l of water). Rathbun Lake is known for Great fishing and boating. The Corp. owns approx... 30,000 acres with many of the acres are used for hunting. Great hunting on the DNR ground and the area is known for World Class bucks!!!

The farm is almost all timber with building site on the paved road (west road) with access from the old road on the east side of the property as well. This farm has many walnut trees. Maybe some could be harvested now but it looks like most would be better harvested later.

The Village of Rathbun has a little store that has everything from sandwiches, items in a small General Store to bait.
