Nestled in the trees is a newly constructed rock cabin with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living area with ventless gas fireplace, and full kitchen. Plenty of windows allow you to bring the outdoors in and provide the perfect view of the wildlife feeding in the small food plot area near the cabin. The cabin is heated and cooled to offer you all the comforts of home. Step out of the cabin and rock pathways lead you to the awesome pond covering about 1 acre. The pond is stocked with Florida bass, hybrid stripers, and blue gill for your fishing pleasure. A fishing pier extends out into the pond and scattered around the edges are large rocks to sit on and enjoy the beauty of the pond.

The crowning jewel of this ranch is the 1 and 1/2 miles of both sides of the Fornash Creek that winds through the ranch. Having both sides of the creek allows for privacy and excellent opportunities for creating park-like settings along the creek banks. Much of the creek is solid rock bottom and then you will also find areas that are white river rock/gravel bottoms. Tall trees including elms, sycamore, cottonwood, hackberry, cedar, and pecans line the creek banks and create a magnificent beauty that words cannot describe. The creek offers pools of water year round and will have running water during rainy seasons and when the springs are running. In the rock beds in one area dinosaur tracks can be seen. The ranch has 4 ponds total strategically place with 2 inside the high fence and two in the low fenced area.
