The gin plant is a modern 35 plus bale per hour gin that has been continuously updated over the years. The gin is comprised of a belt wide type Readi-Matic tract mounted two-way cotton module feeder as well as a Cherokee module feeder with 3 module capacity bed. The plant consists of (2) 164 Consolidated Gin Stands and (1) 141 Continental Gin Stand, (3) consolidated feedmaster cotton feeders, and (2) inclined cleaners over the conveyor distributor. There is a Samuel Jackson moisture control system, and Argus Fire Spark protection system, a Continental stick machine, (2) 96 Continental 96 separators, a Big J Feeder, (3) Murray lint cleaners, and a Cherokee cotton overflow. It is also equipped with a battery condenser, a lint slide, a tramper, a Lummus down packing UD press, a new Samuel Model P361-66 plastic bale strapping machine installed in 2015, a Lummus bagger, a B & C vacuum and cleaner, a C & M Baler System mote press, and a new Gin Manager automatic control system that was added in 2015. The gin has a full cyclone system and a trash system.

(1) Cotton Gin Building (Georgia Street)

16,970 Sq. Ft. constructed new in 1985, metal building with 24 eave height, a reinforced concrete slab floor and an attached 864 Sq. Ft. enclosed mote bale shelter.

(1) Cotton Bale Warehouse

20,000 Sq. Ft., 200x100, 7,000 Bale Capacity. Metal building was built in 1995. It has 22 eave height. Across the front are (2) 14x14 rollup doors located at elevated loading areas, a 14 sliding door with a loading ramp. The building is open span with skylights, fluorescent lights, and concrete flooring. The warehouse has sprinkler system, gutters, downspouts and has 16 wood strips on interior walls to protect from fork lift damage.

(1) Cotton Seed Warehouse

6,000 Sq. Ft, 100 x 60, 2,800 ton capacity, with a 1,260 Sq. Ft. canopy. This metal building was built in 1986 with renovations made in 2011. The building has 24 ease heights, skylights, heavy concrete floor with a 2 foot concrete wall a the base and 8 foot plywood around the interior walls. The warehouse has (7) troughs in the floor for aeration vents, electric suction fans for ventilation and a celling conveyor in the roof peak for distribution. There is a 14 x 16 roll-up door.

3,500 Sq. Ft. Enclosed, (2) 500 Sq. Ft. Canopys, heavy concrete floor, 18 walls, Built in 1975.
