Terrain: Wonderful Private location on a dead end road, Live Creek, Large hardwood timber and thick brush, nice walking trails and shooting lanes throughout property. Overall a really good mix of Large Oaks, Elms, Sweetgum and a few Cedars. Full of wildlife as a result of good water source and location near large ranch with thick timber as well as farm land nearby. Great hunting place or place to just get away from it all!
