ACREAGE:
This ranch consists of 26,000 deeded acres and 140,000 acres of BLM leased grazing land.
IRRIGATION:
The water rights to this property are divided into three sections. Please see attached Water Rights Charts for details. Total primary water rights cover 3,449.42 acres, with an additional 2,282.6 acres covered by supplemental water rights.
This ranch has two large reservoirs that can store up to 1,556 acre feet of irrigation water. There are center pivot irrigation systems on the ranch, which are supplied by wells. Two irrigation wheel lines are also still in use on the ranch.

IMPROVEMENTS:
Branding Iron Ranch also consists of three feedlots, covered scales, a private airplane hangar and other small barns and outbuildings scattered throughout.
HUNTING/RECREATION:
The owner currently receives Landowner Hunting Preference (LOP) tags for seven elk, seven deer and seven antelope. Branding Iron Ranch is also great for bird hunting with varieties included, but not limited to, pheasant, chukar, quail, sage hen, ducks and geese.
There are more than 20 miles of year-round streams and creek throughout the property, plus 2 ¼ miles of the Malheur River on private property that can be used for fishing. This ranch also has two large reservoirs for fishing as well as two bass ponds located near the main house.
