Some of the wildlife on the ranch includes large Whitetail Deer, Axis, Quail, and Turkey. The diverse brush and vegetation are ideal for wildlife and is typical of South Texas with some large live oak, virgin mesquite, blackbrush, guajillo, and others. The ranch also offers an abundant of fishing opportunities with one smaller tank and one larger lake that under normal conditions, covers 35 to 40 acres.

Water on the ranch consist of an 800-foot-deep Carrizo Irrigation Well equipped with a John Deere diesel engine that can pump 1,000 gallons per minute. Both the tank and the large lake can be filles from the well.

Other amenities located on the ranch include a center pivot system that covers 19 acres and is separately high-fenced.
