LOCATION: This property is situated in the southwestern part of

Medina County which is roughly an hours drive west of San Antonio. This

ranch is located 13 miles south of DHanis at the end of County Road 621.

WATER: Water on the ranch consists of an Edwards Aquifer well, which

feeds water to one of the three stock tanks and to the water troughs. There

is also a shallow well near the pens that is not being used. Squirrel Creek

traverses the southern part from west to east.

TERRAIN: The terrain varies from rolling hills to flat areas with

elevations ranging from 700 ft. to 850 ft. This ranch boasts a wide variety of

hardwoods and brush species such as live oaks, large mesquite, Texas

persimmon, blackbrush, guayacan, along with large food plots and native

grasses to the area.

WILDLIFE: The wildlife is abundant on the ranch and includes

everything from turkey, whitetail deer, hogs, quail ...
