Nice secluded forested tract minutes from the Stinking Creek exit on I-75. There are perennial and intermittent creeks located on the property some of which will be suitable for pond sites. The tract was partially harvested about thirty years ago and the forest now contains a two age stand of mixed hardwoods and some Hemlock and White Pine.
