Level to gently rolling terrain, this ranch is covered in Live Oaks. 98% of the Cedar has been cleared, and the oaks trimmed giving this ranch a park like atmosphere. A paved road leads from the electric gate entrance 6/10ths of a mile into the ranch to the headquarters. 65 acres of the ranch is in improved pasture, with grasses consisting of Klein, Tifton 85 and Coastal. These fields are also fenced and cross fenced making it possible to rotate stock into and out of the fields. The original rock fencing has been repaired and harks back to a different era, giving the ranch a old world feel.

Several areas of the ranch has tillable soils, and food plots are planted in oats in the fall. The property has been lightly hunted and is teeming with wildlife consisting of Native Whitetail deer, Turkey and Feral Hog. Some free ranging exotics such as Axis, Fallow deer and Aoudad have also been seen on the property.

Ranch has two wet weather creeks. In the south eastern corner of the property there is a large gorge that one of the creeks feeds into, and holds water during normal rainfall periods.

Ranch improvements are modest, consisting of a domestic water well, electricity and a small 2 bdrm/1 bath home that was renovated by the current owner. There is an equipment barn and a hay shed located at the headquarters as well.

Tracts of this size and quality are hard to come by, especially close to major metropolitan areas.
