Acreage:

The property has several cross fences that make up different pastures for rotational grazing. The pasture has some areas of good coastal grass on the north half. The south end of the property has native brush that consist of mesquite, cedar, and native grass cover. The property is well suited for combination of grazing livestock and recreational use with hunting and fishing.

Terrain:

The terrain is level to sloping on the north side toward the river, the south end has some hills and evaluation changes. There are some good views from the higher elevation points on the property.

Directions

There are two access points to the ranch. There entrance off of FM 229 just west of Robert Lee and an entrance off of Hwy 158 southwest of Robert Lee.
