This tract is comprised of four different aged pine plantations. There are 125-acres of 1981 pine plantation, 37-acres of 1988 pine plantation, 75-acres of 1989 pine plantation, and 16-acres of 1992 pine plantation. The remaining acreage is natural bottomland mixed hardwoods located along the Calcasieu River. The 1981 plantation could be thinned or clearcut. The 1988 and 1989 plantations are 4 to 5 years away from needing to be thinned or clearcut. The 1992 plantation is 3 to 5 years away from needing a thinning. All the plantations with the exception of the 1988 plantation are well-stocked with high quality timber. The 1988 plantation is moderately stocked and the timber is not as high quality as the other plantations.

This tract would make an excellent recreational tract. It has approximately 1,800 feet of frontage along the Calcasieu River. There is also electricity running to the river on the northern end. There is an abundance of deer, hog, and other wildlife on the tract.
