Terrain: This unique ranch is well balanced with terrain ranging from lower areas with hardwood draws to large grassy mesquite flats and some cedar in the areas with high elevation. The high elevation cedar and rock plateaus provide excellent views to overlook the cultivated fields and mesquite draws in the bottomland.
