The feedyard and farmland are located south of Dimmitt. The feedyard is 8 miles south of Dimmitt on US Hwy 385 and a mile west on FM 1524. The feedyard is located on a 643 +/- acre section and is permitted for 15,000 head but the owner is applying for a 25,000 head permit. There are approximately 10,720 feet of concrete feed bunks with aprons. A new mill was built in 2006 and a new office was built in 2009 with an attached 60 X 50 shop. The farmland is center pivot irrigated with the exception of a single half section of dryland. The farmland has extensive improvements including pivots, pumps, pipelines and five strand perimeter fencing.

There are three houses on the property. Two homes on the Feedyard property, including a nice brick home a half-mile from the feedyard and another good house at the feedyard. The third house is a nice rock home on section 33.
