The campground has 39 rv sites, nine tent sites, three cabins and two lodges (one is brand new). The rv sites are comprised of two deluxe sites, nine full hook-up pull through sites with 30/50 amp services and concrete patios, 13 full hook-up back-in / pull-in sites (seven are new) with 20 / 30 / 50 amp services, 11 full hook-up back-in / pull-in sites with 30 amp services and four water and electric only sites. The two deluxe sites have a 30/50 amp service with a concrete patio, a garden swing and a barbeque. Each of the cabins is single room and is outfitted with a refrigerator, microwave, television, air conditioning and a heater. Each lodge has two bedrooms, one bath and a kitchen in addition to all the amenities that the cabins have. With all the different rental options the campground has to offer, it is able to price each differently to accommodate a wide range of campers. The campground also boasts numerous amenities, including free Wi-Fi internet, that service all the campers. There is a dog walk, a playground, a large pool, bathrooms with showers, an ADA certified bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a restaurant, a store and an office.

The Greybull KOA has been operated seasonally during past years and has enjoyed staying very busy during the months it is open.
