You might have to push a little bit...but R-2 zoning says we can do 1/2 acre building lots with public/community water source and from my measurements it appears you can get 4 lots on this property if you push a little road in there and double load. (See Drawing) Some of that would be water front. Property has Fuquay and Tifton Soils up front so should be no limitations there.....the closer you get to the water you might have more work done with your septic system set up. You might could push for 4 lots.....settle for 3 lots....definitely 2 lots.....secure county approval and check with city for utility letter of availability. Big trees sloping towards pond....there appears to have been an old MH on property....slab is there and some plumbing and possibly remnants of an old septic system. Very Fishy looking...have not completed my due diligence and marketing work regarding the fish in the pond. Working on securing survey. Property goes over further to the north than mowed.
