3515.23 acres (more or less) in Cochran County, Texas. This is a well-located ranch with paved roads through the middle portion of the ranch and along the north side. A county-maintained road is along the west side. The ranch is watered by three submersible electric motors and pumps and a windmill (not presently in use). There is approximately 1 mile of pipeline on the ranch furnishing water for 5 earthen tanks and 4 steel watering troughs in the pens. Wells are approximately 175 to 200 feet deep on the average.
