This tract has 3.8 acres (plus or minus) and is located on the north side of Hwy. 84 a few miles west of River Falls in Covington Co. Most of the tract is stocked with planted pines approximately 10 years old. The topography is gently rolling. There is frontage along the north side of highway 84.
