Tract Description: The Ingalls Tract is described as Part of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 18, Township 15 South, Range 10 West in Bradley County, Arkansas, containing 30 acres, more or less. The tract is located about 4.5 miles south of Hermitage, Arkansas off of Bradley Road 84. The tract consists of a natural stand of pine sawtimber and pine and hardwood pulpwood. The north line is not marked, the east and south lines have a fence and the west line is the rail road track.

The topography of the property is flat and gently rolling. The soils on the property consist of predominately Mixed alluvial land (Guyton), Pheba and Lewiston It has a good average site index for Loblolly Pine of 84 Feet (base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey.
