There are 7 stock tanks on the ranch and they all hold water very well. There are 2 water wells. One has an electric submersible pump and supplies water for the barn and pens. The other well has a windmill that is not in working order. The household water is supplied from the Richland Rural Water System.

The ranch improvements include a large metal barn and shed that provides a place for storage of feed and equipment as well as shelter for livestock. There is also a good set of pipe working pens attached to the barn. The fences are good and some are new.
