One of the finest live water properties in Medina County. Verde Creek is an excellent year round creek that is fed by Quhi creek and flows year round. The property has deep holes that are wide and accessible. Great for kayaking, fishing, swimming and theres a nice picnic area on the east side of the creek that is accessible from the county road. The terrain is covered in large trees and they offer a privacy to this stretch of water where both side of the creek are owned by the Seller. The property includes an irrigation well that is capable of in excess of 500 gpm along with a 65 acre +- pivot system. The variable speed irrigation pump can be unitilized with other water delivery systems like side roll irrigation, stationary water guns, or reel type irrigation systems.
