The Verde Creek is absolutely amazing with its tree lined creek bottoms, deep holes, huge boulders and excellent fishing. Hondo creek is the southern boundary and offers great adventure with a jeep or ATV vehicle. The Hondo creek bottom is accessible from the west side of Verde Creek and is an adventure on an ATV. The Hondo creek has a number of small water holes that have held water through the dryer times and are an excellent source of water and vegetation for wildlife. The property is accessed by County Road #455 and is about 1/4 mile north of Hwy 90 and about 2 1/2 miles east from Hondo. The property is in the North dove hunting zone and is only 2 1/2 miles from Nunners Dove Hunting operation next to the City of Hondo. The property has a 12 cased irrigation water well that is 55 deep and according to a water well installer, it tested in excess of 500+ gallons per minute. This is the perfect place to plant and irrigate sunflowers to attract dove to this property for commercial or private white wing dove hunting opportunities. Hunting is outstanding and includes Whitetail, Axis, Dove, Turkey, and an abundance of other small animals.

There are two windmills located on the property and the windmills are in operating condition. There could be two water meters from Yancy water supply transferred to this property if desired. Theres an old cement water storage tank and cement troughs for watering cattle on the property. The fencing on this property ranges from from poor to excellent condition.
