This ½ section is in a choice location for a dairy with pavement along the north side for one mile and on the west for ½ mile.

The pavement cuts off the northwest corner of the property. This area would make a choice building site for a home.

The west ¼ is a choice piece of land irrigated by a ¼ mile Zimmatic sprinkler (owned by tenant as well as the irrigation motors) with long drops spaced on 80” centers with standard size tires and is nozzled at 575 GPM supplied by the two west irrigation wells equipped with turbine pumps and natural gas engines (one well in the extreme northwest corner of the property is located on the north side of Hwy 2881).
