365 acres of Hatchie River bottom timberland with 1.5 miles frontage on the Hatchie River. Timber is made up of white oak, red oak, hickory, ash, sweet gum, poplar, cypress and other mixed bottom land hardwoods that were select cut to 16" DBH 1-20 years ago. An estimated and uncertified timber harvest volume is 4380 tons. This equates to $150,000 to $200,000 on today's market.
