This is an excellent Duck, Dove, and Deer Hunting Tract. Majority of property can be flooded. One-third of the property has mature hardwood timber and can be flooded for green timber hunting. There is an excellent house site on this tract. The property is ? mile east of the Muscadine NWA Duck Habitat Preserve and minutes form the Leroy Percy WMA.

Access is great on a county maintained gravel road from U. S. Highway 82 go south 9 miles on State Highway 61 and take a right (west) on County Road 438 in Arcola then go 6 miles to Douglas Road turn left (south) and go 2.7 miles and tract is on left.
