BEGINNING at an iron stake on the southern boundary of U.S. Route #119, being a corner to Archie Adkins and a 10 foot alley; thence in a southerly direction with the boundary between Archie Adkins and said alley a distance of 150 feet to an iron stake corner of Archie Adkins; thence in an easterly direction with the back line of Archie Adkins a distance of 110 feet to a corner of Archie Adkins and Tony Ball; thence in approximately the same direction and with the line of Tony Ball to the line of Aus Woodruff; thence to the right and with the line of Aus Woodruff, crossing the creek in a southerly direction to a marked big oak on the hillside; thence continuing with the Woodruff line to the top of the point; thence up the point to a big rock on the main ridge; thence with the main ridge in a westerly direction to a marked hickory, a corner to Charles Doss; thence down a point with the line of Charles Doss to a marked rock at a spring; thence to the left, in a westerly direction, and with the line of Charles Doss to a marked rock; thence crossing the creek, in a northerly direction with the line of Charles Doss to a stake, said stake being 150 feet from the southern boundary of U.S. Route #119 and a corner to Charles Doss and Boone Oil Co.; thence in an easterly direction and with the back lines of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of lands formerly owned by the said party of the first part, said lots being a uniform depth of 150 feet, to a stake, a corner to Douglas White and said alley, thence to the left, in a northerly direction, with the boundary between said alley and Douglas White a distance of 150 feet to a corner on the southern boundary of U.S. Route #119; thence to the right and in an easterly direction a distance of 10 feet to the place of BEGINNING, so as to include said alley and containing 40 acres, more or less.
