ACCESS: A section line road/easement accesses the property from SH 64 just over a mile to the south. I-40 is minutes away. There are no other roads to the property which restricts unauthorized access.

WILDLIFE: Deer, turkey and small game abound. The McClellan-Kerr WMA, which is just south and west, is noted for its deer population and evidently also helps supply the deer population on this place! Excellent development potential for wildlife exists.
