There are 2 tanks, both have water lines run to them from the deeper well. One of these tanks is 16 feet deep in the middle and is stocked with catfish.
Improvements: There is a nice double-wide mobile home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, and is 30’ X 60’. There is an elevated covered front porch that is 10’ X 60’, and an additional 840 square feet of living space built on to the back of the mobile home, with 3 rooms.
