Lots of deer sign! It seemed like everywhere I walked there were deer trails, droppings and bedding areas. There would be opportunities to hunt deer, bear, and grouse here. The property has a great mix of high and low as well as a mix of timber types and ages. The timber is a mix of majority aspen, with black spurce and some ash in a couple areas. The terrain has slight rolls to it creating the high areas along the low where the deer where keying in on.
