The terrain of Lakes of Post Oak Bend is varied from flat to rolling. Roll is created by significant creek drainages and shallow draws. Elevation change across the ranch is approximately 33 feet. Lakes of Post Oak Bend possesses sandy loam soils which are unique to this area of Texas. The soil drains well, dries quickly on the surface, and is very fertile.
